Question:

How can I get wrinkles out of 100% polyester flag?

It has massive crease marks from the package it came in. Ironing does absolutely nothing aside from making the fabric warm. How can I get it looking remotely smooth?

Answer:

more importantly, why would you waste almost $200 on a metal tube that is going to heat up the intake air once it gets past the air filter.
No. Parking outside will not affect your engine. However, installing a cai is not the most effective thing you can do for your engine. For $300, gaining approx. 5 extra horsepower isn't worth it. Put the money towards something else. Such as a more powerful engine or perhaps a turbocharger. Good luck and happy mod-ing!
No, a cold air intake does little to nothing for a vehicles performance or gas mileage. The air fuel ratio will stay the same, and the O2 sensors will not cause an SES light to come up.
You need to wash the flag to remove the dressing then you will be able to iron the creases out
Are you using steam when you iron? That can help. If your iron doesn't have steam, spray the flag lightly with water before ironing or soak it in water and shake it dry before ironing. It also helps to use higher heat, but higher heat can melt polyester if the iron is used directly on it, so use a bedsheet or other completely smooth fabric as a pressing cloth on top of the flag.
