Every time I try to bake chicken breasts in the oven, the always come out horribly dry! How can I help my chicken retain it's moisture?
Use something very soft like an old t-shirt or piece of flannelI would also suggest a good silver polish.
Put aluminum foil over them until about the last 20 minutes, then take it off so they can brown a little.
Silvo, inexpensive and it totally works, and an old flannel cloth.I have used old baby receiving blankets for this purpose.only use dabs of polish, too much is ineffective.
