Answer:

Konjak/Konyaku/Shirataki (noodles) is mostly fiber, as has been pointed out, but it is hard to findNot many restaurants have it, but if you see any of those on the menu, it's a good choiceA lot of places don't have soba (the buckwheat noodles someone mentioned) either, in my experience:-( The edamame is a great idea, I'd definitely go for thatSome restaurants may also have things like grilled vegetables (eggplant, peppers, etc)Generally vegetables are a good sourceVegetable tempura has good fiber (veggies) but of course, it's fried, so it's probably not that good for you White rice does have fiber as well, at some restaurants that may be the best you can doJapanese home cooking has a lot of foods high in fiber, the problem is that in restaurants it's mostly sushi and white rice, or noodles from refined flour.
Newspapers use off set printingAs a part of the process, they use aluminum sheetsThey are heavier than heavy duty aluminum foil, but thinner that the construction grade aluminum.
Edemame has 9 grams of fiber.
Conyaku is very high in fibre, but I doubt they have it if you're outside of Japan in a Japanese restaurantYou might have to go to your local Japanese or Korean supermarket to get someIt comes in a variety of forms and is usually somewhere near the tofu.
Most weight control diets are higher in fiber the regular formulasIt's done because overweight dogs usually have slower metabolismsThey need the extra fiber to clear their systemsThere are also supplemennts that are high in fiber and can be added to your dog's dietThe Missing Link is one of themAny premium food wet or dry that is formulated for weight loss and control will helpJust watch that the dog doesn't lose weightVitamins will help with thatAslo watch the dogs bloodsugar levelGood Luck
