For a long time I've wanted a blacklight but I never got one, so can you please tell me how to make one of those black light bulbs! Do you put some tipe of black stuff on a light bulb or something???
you cannot make a black light. ps the regular incandescent ones dont work very well. spend a little extra money and get a fluorescent.
Ok i've been into arts and crats for a long time so what you can do is buy a floresent light bulb and paint it black only put one coat making the room dark and mysterious i hope this answers your question.
just buy one! ive even seen them at home depot. theyre pretty cheap. you can get regular incandesent bulbs (for most lamps) or long florescent ones.
