How can I minimize freezer burn of my frozen food?

Answer:

Look carefully at the i5-2500k and the 1600 speed memorySomewhere I read that the 2500k can only handle the 1300 memory unless you over-clock it(Do some research on this before you trust this.) For $20 more you can get the Ivy Bridge version of the 2500k called the i5-3570It uses the latest stuff but is not over-clockableBut it handles the 1600 speed memory.
Nice build, everything's up to scratchThere's no such thing as an overkill card, soon they will be outdated with newer gamesWhen building a computer make sure to dedicate a lot of money into the card and in the future just buy another and connect it in sli/crossfireCurrently that card is a beast I have to admit but there are a lot of other cards out there that can easily thrash this one, if you have more money then I highly recommend buying a better oneI would recommend you pick one from the following: GTX 670 GTX 680 GTX 690 (if you have $1700) (lol nevermind) HD 7950 HD 7970 Hope this helped and have fun building because I know I did !
For freezer storage, use freezer wrap, freezer-quality plastic bags or aluminum foil over the commercial wrap if foods will be stored in the freezer for more than a couple of monthsThis minimizes dehydration and quality lossSingle layers of aluminum foil may tear and cause freezer burnnfd
