lock does not have lock inside or outside its closet lock, the lock nob is so free that it does not hold the part that's in the wall. Please help how to open the door?

The question is splitting hairs, or maybe making a distinction where there is no difference. Congress is supposed to see that the laws it has enacted are faithfully executed (routine oversight) Obviously, being politicians and supposedly representing their various constituencies, Congress will pay more attention to problems that have the attention of the public (fire alarm oversight). Unfortunately, for at least 6 of the last 7 years, Congress has not done what it is supposed to do, despite dozens of fire alarms.
