i buyed 10kg copper two years back. now it has been more dusty and rusty.how can i remove.

Try Brasso. Comes in paste or liquid. You can get it at a hardware store
Copper is a difficult metal to work with when it comes to rust. Some commercial rust removers to not work extremely well on copper and sand blasting is too abrasive and can cause pitting and grooving. If you can find someone who has a walnut blaster or sodium bicarbonate blaster, that would be your best bet although it can be a little pricey if you don't have connections in the industry.
