How can I remove a stripped bottom bracket?

I have a fixed gear bike and I was going to remove my shimono bottom bracket but it seems to be stripped how can i remove it?

remember one side is left handed i think it;s the non-drive side can't you just grab it with big pliers or vise grips or something and twist it off? wle
You need the shimano bottom bracket removal tool. Keep in mind the left side should be reverse threaded. If you can't get it out on your own, you'll have to take it to a bike shop or frame builder to get it out non-destructively. Why do you need to remove the BB anyway? If the bearings are good, you're probably set. There's not really anything like a fixed gear BB, unless you want to move the chainline slightly by using a different axle length.
