Get a scotch-brite non-scratch nylon spongeIt might come off it might notI have some wearever bakeware that can go into the dishwasherThe detergent takes off the stainsI also bake using a SILPATIt's flexible glass and makes any cookie sheet non-stickSo, I use cheapie aluminum sheets I get for $3Cover with the SILPAT and everything slides right off! It also cools quickly and can be used over and overJust don't cut on top of itIt will damage the finishYou can find SILPAT'S at TARGET, BED BATH BEYOND or the generic onesThey work well! Aluminum foil depending on what you are cooking/baking can alter the bake times Good luck
