I live in SW Florida where business is booming. I just don't know where to start. What comes first.
A bulldozer wouldn't hurt. But I would opt for a backhoe and front loader. You can do trenching and clearing. Do you need to be licensed? Do you have any training? If you aren't trained then it's all uphill. And do you have the capital or can you get a loan? You're better off being untrained with capital. They have schools. But the equipment isn't cheap and neither is the maintenance. It's really difficult to answer any better without answers to the aforementioned.
