Question:

How can I store fruit so it stays good longer?

I have started eating healthy and found that it is a real chore to keep the food from going badBefore, I would go grocery shopping 2 times a month and be setNow, I realize that most fruit cannot stay good for 2 weeks, so I am willing to go once a week nowThe problem is: my strawberries, grapes, kiwis, and bananas are going bad before thenThey are good for the first few days, but by the end of the week, I am having to throw most of it awayIt is already expensive to eat healthy and throwing things away is not a good additionHow do I keep the above named fruits good longer? I need them to keep for one weekIs this impossible?
