In addition, Africans barely attend school due to infrastructure problems and, if they do attend school, their education might have less quality than that in China. Thus, many of the poor parts of Africa would likely have less machinery build by Africans themselves. Nevertheless, higher income parts of Africa, with less corruption always undergoes development.
