How come materials like iron ore, and copper, etc. are found in large quantities.?

Right, to be more accurate, miners find large areas that contain nothing but copper, or slate. How come they are not found with loads of other materials, but with a large amount of the same substance. It seems strange hat when someone comes upon some iron ore, there would be a huge more amount in the same area.Did this happen when the earth was formed, and if so, why.If not, did it happen over time, and why.If anyone could explain this phenomenon to me, it owuld be greatly apprecitaed.Thanks, Tom

I wouldn't put anything on my tires that might in any way compromise their grip. There is the outside chance that even if you put some sort of tire dressing only on the sidewall of the tire, centrifugal force could cause it to travel to the tread. I've also seen car tires that the sidewall began to split on because of repeated use of a tire dressing product. just clean them with soapy water, rinse thoroughly, dry and ride, free from the worry of whether your tires will stick or not.
I also like Eagle One Tire Shine but if you read the small print it says its not for use on motorcycle tires. Most tire shines are not recommended for motorcycles tires because they are oil based formulas. Certainly something you don't want on your tread. I use them anyway but I don't spray it on. Dip your cloth or sponge into a bowl of tire shine and apply it that way, being careful to stay away from the tread edge by at least a quarter of an inch.
A lot of geological processes lead to the separation of materials. For example, sand at the beach originally comes from the destruction of rocks with all sorts of minerals, but these all separate out over time and end up in different places.
