Do furniture stores measure sofas Height to include with the cushions or just the couch frame? The couch I am looking at online has H 42 W:101 D: 44 dimensions, does this include the cushions or not? THANKS
No generally sofas does not include cushions in its measurement. The furniture stores considers only the couch frames as cushion sizes differs from customer to customer. I got my sofa set last month from yedra home and hence I have an idea about the measurements of the sofas.
If the salesman assured you the sofa would fit through your door and it didn't you are entitled to a full refund. The handwritten clause regarding cancellations/amendments does not apply in your case. Get onto the company's head office and make a fuss
