Get the at home dye, get it prepared and dump it into a bowl Get a hair dye brush (you can get this at a beauty store, mall, etc.) Aluminum foil Take the foil and fold it into thin strips (the length you want between the stripes) Take a chunk of your hair, make sure it is flat, and wrap the foil around itunderneath that, take foil and hold it up against the hair to measure the distance to add the next strip of foil, go down and add the foilKeep doing the until you reach the amount of stripes you desire(Toward the bottom of your hair where it gets thin, it will be more of eye work because it will be too hard to get the foil to stay.) Basically, all you do it just fill in the spaces for it to dye.The foil will just help you not to go outside of the linesYou don't have to leave the foil in, you can take it out as you go.
