How do i get my face clean from bumps?

i don’t know what to doI have these small dots all over my face, well mostly on my cheeks and foreheadThey r small dots, a few white, others are just redNot really pimples looking like, they have been there for a while(Sorry I know this is gross) I don’t know how to get rid of the,I do use sometimes a facial scrub, but that’s about itPlease helpI want my face clean…:(

I used peroxide to remove the moldI wiped them off and let them dryI took some very fine sanding paperSanded them gently and then rubbed them with bees wasI took a clean dry towel and buffed them to a glossy finishThey look and act like brand new needles.
I would brush lightly with a piece of fine grain sandpaper, don't add any pressure thoughThen I would take the advice of Knitting Haven; Take a piece of wax paper and rub the waxed side up and down your needlesIt will help clean them, give them a glow and generally just improve their day.
I saw on Knitty Gritty, her method for cleaning bamboo needlesI've tried and and it worksFill a tall jar with riceI used a tall narrow vaseAnd slide your needles up and downThe long grain rice is rough but not abrasiveAnd your needles are like new.
