Question:

How do I get rid of Flies from my Raspberry Bushes?

We planted raspberry bushes 3 years agoFirst year there was no problem with flies, last year towards the middle of the summer, July time, the raspberry bushes and surrounding bushes were covered with fliesI thought it was a dead animal or cats deficating around the area, it was neither of theseI resorted to a fly trap 2 l gallon bags from local store and filled both of them up with dead flies, this did not solve the problemThis year since it is finally getting nicer out I see flies starting to congergate around my raspberry bushes again I want to stop this before it gets too badI am trying water and aluminum foil in a bag as suggested in other posts but no success yetPlease help.

Answer:

It may still be the alcohol, and your body Is just getting the toxins out of your system.
This is not normal at all You might have some kind of stomach virus or warms etcI'd quickly run to see a doctor if this was happening to meAlcohol may not have anything to do with this.
what are you eating the night before.you are right drinking alot the night before can cause diaherria.but if it's nothing special then just take some tums.if it still continues then maybe it's time to visit the doc.
What did you eat the night before? That morning? Check out the Fit For Life diet (the book has the same name) and it will go further into details about this.
2 ounces of orange oil to 1 gallon of watersaturate the leaves of the infested plant and let it dryThis will not hurt your plants and it is nontoxic to humans and animalsthe natural chemical in citrus oil is toxic to insects because it dissolves wax and grease and insects have a waxy build up inside their respiratory systemsThey breathe in and eat the orange oil and it causes them to suffocateI use it for fire ants in places when my dogs have access to where I'm treating or when I'm treating near food plants I don't want harmed (4oz of orange oil to 1 gallon of water if you're dumping it directly on an ant hill) you can find orange oil in health food stores or organic storesIt's used to make natural home cleanersyou can also purchase it online and some hardware stores and home improvement stores carry it in the house cleaning section.
