How do I go about making a mask?

IN english i have to make a mask out of two characters from a greek tragity and i am making the masks of a guy named Hermius or something like that and a old wise man name Thresias.So have to make them not paper and marker masks but acual nose and facial feture masks.Any how to videos or instructions would be appreciated :)
