I have a 1967 ford fairlan and want to install a modern radio in it but this car has no existing radio and no harness. Can someone tell me how the hell to run wires so i can get this thing in my car already!!!!!

Stop swearing and read the instruction manual of the new stereo. It gives you a printed wiring schematic. Next, read the actual wires. They are printed with the corresponding names to colors on them. Then install the speakers where you want them, and run new wires to the speakers. This is completely up to you to do, so if you're not capable of this very simple task, take it to a reputable stereo installer.
