reinforced steel would work better - it's standard on the volvo platforms.
I like the TargaIf you are that scared, maby this isn't the car for youBy the time you install all that stuff you won't have any room left in itAnyways, it is all do-able, but why?
Wow why don't you buy a Hummer H1 that is the only car it sounds like you would feel safe inAs to the rest of your questionYes you could do all those things all you need is time, money and some major body skills.
So, you have the roasting pan and you put the roast in the roasting pan with the carrots and the onions and you can put a little Montreal Steak Seasoning on it with a little salt if you want toCover with aluminum foil, enough to keep the steam in so the roast doesn't get too dry, and the vegetables cook from the steamSet the oven to 350 degrees and be sure the oven rack is low enough and there is room for the roastin panRemove the top rack if you need more roomPlace the roast in the ovenCook at 350 degrees for 40 minutesIf this is a small roast, it won't take as longKeep an eye on it intermittently and baste itA large roast will take longer than a small roastWhen the roast starts to look pretty well done, baste it for 10 minutes without the aluminum foil and it should be donePoke the vegetables with a fork to see if they are tenderTurn off the oven and your roast should be done.
