I peel and cut into roundsEgg DIP and flour.pre-fry in oil.then create the casserole.a bowl works bestI use mozzarella chesse and parmesan between the layersBlack Pepper is also very nice.each layer gets a spread of pasta sauce/seasoned.or made useing meatThe very top layer gets a heavy layer of parmesan.and is cooked covered375-[F].for 50-minutes.remove the aluminum foil-or the cover-for light browning/[end]
should be okay either they mold or go stale , chips may go gray when exposed to air but still okay.
