For the first time I've actually cooked something delicious but with one problemLast week I made the most amazing enchiladas verdeI baked them in a greased glass dishThe only bad thing about them was some of the bottoms of the enchiladas were really hardHow do I avoid this? My hubby is asking for them again and I want them to be perfect this timeTIA!
I lightly spray the baking dish with cooking spray and I put some of the salsa verde at the bottom before I put the enchiladas downAlso try adding more salsa all over the tortillas and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to keep them from drying out.
No need to do anything except put one liner into each cup of the panYou could use two spoons to drop the batter in if it would make it easier, because it's the dribbles on the sides that make them stick in the panBut not horribly stuck, you just have to nudge them outTiming is the key to cupcakesNothing worse than a burnt cakeYour best guide is your smell, when they are done, they smell yummyAnd don't put the frosting on until they're cold, or it will melt.
Place the muffin cups in the aluminum tinsSpray each with nonstick spray and then fill with the batter about 2/3 to 3/4 full and bake.
Here is one method: put the muffin cups in each section in the muffin panThen put the paper cups in, and fill them with the batter, about 2/3 fullThere is no need to grease the paper cupsWhen the muffins are done, the paper will peel off easilyOf course they will stick a little bit, but they peel off with no problemI have never heard of anybody greasing the paper cups before adding the batter, but perhaps some people do it that wayPersonally, my favourite method is to not use the paper cupsI usually just use Pam to spray the muffin pan sections, and then add the batter directly, without using a paper cup.
You are kidding right? How do you know about dry sticking? OKI can hear the distress in your voice, double the paper cups in the cupcake tray, thta's one inside the other, making 2, the one you pour or scoop your batter into will be in a world of it's own when it's done cookingYou'll hear it sigh I'm free, I'm free as you pull it from it's cooking companion the other paper cupReally listen but not to close, the next scream you'll hear is your own when you burn your ear on the hot cupcake.
