i have been trying to make a structure, i have decided i want to use aluminum i do not have the resources to cut metalso i am going to melt aluminum into the shapes i needhow do i do this?

The melting point of aluminium is over 600 degrees CDo you have the apparatus to heat the foil up to that temp and to keep it soft enough to shape it?
