How does mass warp space? Mass produces spacetime, so its shape at any point, is the output of mass. Spacetime (not space) is not stuff. The shape of spacetime at any point is just a function of mass, momentum, and energy around that point. Sorry, I doubt this helps you much. Some people might point you to the rubber sheet analogy, but there are serious issues with it that force you to discard it right away: - it uses gravity to explain gravity, - it has significant friction, - it is 2D, and - it discards the effect of mass on *time* as well.
Isn't there something more important to think about? Like maybe you could go outside and count the blades of grass in your yard or something?
