Question:

How do I prepare Cornish Game Hens?

I'm taking care of my dad while my mother is away (meaning preparing his meals and keeping his house clean) and when I went to start washing his dishes, I saw 3 Cornish Game Hens defrosting in the sinkI can only assume that he wants the hens for dinner, but I'm not much of an omnivore, so I have no idea how to prepare them.Does anyone have a suggestion on how to cook them, including ingrediants, applications and cook time? Also, what would be a good side for the hens?(This is a challenge for me in that my stomach churns a bit when I touch meat in the shape of a body, but I can do this!)
