I have a virgin mobile phone, model X-tc, and my friend messaged me some ringtones. I have no idea how to save the ringtone file to my phone.

The X-tc and other Virgin Mobile phones do not support the receipt of ringtones or other content via email or multimedia messaging from unsecured sources because they could potentially contain viruses or possibly corrupt your phone's software due to incompatible formats or file sizes. Ringtones, graphics and applications can be securely downloaded and purchased directly from Virgin Mobile or partners of Virgin Mobile (e.g., MTV) directly on your Virgin Mobile phone or from the Virgin Mobile USA website.
