I have short black hair and i wantto bleach it blond so i can tip it bluei have no cap to do it withso how should i do it?Should i we my hair and spike itand let it dry so it stays up on its ownthen rub it on the tips only?If not how should i do it?

I saw this done once at a beauty show i went to, when i worked as a cosmetologistdo the thing u said about spiking your hair and take a piece of aluminum foil with the bleach on it and lightly rub the top of your hair kinda in the way a shoe shiner would shine your shoes just kinda back and forth then leave it on until u see the ends r lightened then rinse that off and just shampoo lightly OK now dry it and spike it the same way and take your blue color and brush it on a piece of aluminum foil and do the same and leave on however long it says ( u may want to ask the lady at the beauty supply store or either the stylist that usually cuts your hair)! And that is the best way for men to highlight their hair
