I am making a homemade heart-shaped cake for Valentine's Day to take to a church dinnerIt is made up of a 9quot; square cake rotated to look like a diamond and a 9quot; round cake cut in half, if you can picture itMy cake carrier isn't near big enough, and my cookie sheets are too smallThe largest pan I have is a large broiler pan, but it has a small dip in it and does not have a coveringI suppose I could use it, and cover it with aluminum foil, but I'm kinda nervousAny ideas?
