no, not dangerous to the resin at all, tho' it's POSSIBLE that you could experience increased sensitivity I myself had a colleague put a bonded restoration on one of my upper front teeth (9 and 10, actually) and it was pretty sens for a month and still a little twingey up to 6 mos later!anyway, if the strips hurt, stop for a while. but they won't hurt the bonding itself. I WILL editorialize a bitif it were ME, i'd have you do the strips 'til your teeth were as white as they'd get OR as white as you wanted themthen do the resin bonding to match THAT shade. doing the bonding and then HOPING the bleaching catches up is a little risky. Good luck!! oh, and if the strips don't work, you can just get a bleaching tray from your dentist, which will be more dramatic whitening and will only set you back $150-300. i'm sure that wasn't their plan or anything, tho', so. :) take care!
