Question:

How do people accumulate aluminum in their systemsWhat are the sources of aluminum intake in the human body?

Do we intake any small amounts of alluminum from foils, juice boxes, etc?

Answer:

Have you tried spraying the foil with pam.or the cooling rack? Parchment paper has always been good for meIt peels very well from the cake with no sticking.but sometimes I will spray pam on it if it is a sticky cake.
it is steam from the hot stove
your supposed to let it sit in the pan and let the cake sit to absrobe the ingredients
Have you ever looked at an old aluminum panThe surface is pittedThose pits are missing aluminum, mostly from reactions with acidic foodsThe aluminum that used to be where the pits are was absorbed into the foodThe same thing happens with foilAluminum cans are coated to prevent direct contact with the food or beverageI think the innermost layer of juice boxes is plasticSo cans and juice boxes are not dietary sources of aluminum Another source of aluminum in the body is vegetables that are grown in soil containing aluminum oreI am sure there are more sources but I don't know what they areResearchers are not sure about aluminum causing alzheimer's diseaseIts true that alzheimer's patients have higher than normal levels of aluminum in their bodiesDid the aluminum cause the disease or did the disease cause the body to accumulate more aluminum?
