If you don't have wax paper you must spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray or rub it with butterIf you just lay them on an ungreased surface they will stick like no other.
They'll probably stick to your panBetter to get wax paper next time.or at least grease the pan a little.
I see you don't have wax paper, which keeps the chocolate flat on the bottom of the pretzelBy themselves on a cookie sheet will make them stick of course to the sheetFoil will stick too and you end up having to peel off pieces of foil when they hardenUsing a a plastic picnic fork, break off the inner twines of the fork, leaving you a pitchfork looking utensilThis helps tremendously when dipping candy in melted chocolateThe excess chocolate drips off as you lift it up out of the container and then slide it along the edge to remove any more excessNext place on a wire cake rack with narrow wire spacingYou can put a cookie sheet underneath the rack to catch excess chocolate and then scrape off the dried pieces and re-melt to make more covered pretzels.
Cats dont like these things: Double stick tape on thier paws (you could try that on the tv, pc, wires?) , they also dont like plastic bags or any plastic(noise), aluminum foil(noise)Dont yell at them, squirt them with water, hit them please they dont know whats wrong or what they did to deserve it Hope i could be of some help :]
