You may not have this valve. Check for the inlet water pipe and then open the ball valve.
follow all pipes leaving boiler,u will find one with a valve that goes too your fresh h20 system that is the one used to add h20 2 boiler,do not over fill system or it will spit the excess out,for every pound of press the h20 will go up aprox 2 feet
My boiler automatically fills when low. There is a fill valve that has to be closed before trying to flush it out, but the valve is normally open.
