I've read that you need a baking pan and that you have to spray the pan with some kind of non-stick spray, I don't have any cooking spray so can I use vegetable oil or melted butter?also is it best to wrap the pan in aluminum foil to not only keep the fish from sticking but also for it to cook better? An how long does it take to bake fish, I'm wanting to bake the small catfish typethank you for you're help.
Yeah, you could grease the pan using butter or vegetable oilYou wouldn't have to melt the butter though, you could just get the stick of butter and then smear it in the panYou don't need to wrap the pan with foilI takes about 10-20 minutes to cook fishCheck the fish occasionally, it will be white opaque and flake with a fork when it's done.
