How do you build an armybase, missile silo, area 5.1, or casino in SimCity 4? I have searched all civic buildings and city ordinances and couldn't find anything, but I have hear that you can build those things in the game.
to unlock all buildings, including the ones you mentioned, follow these steps: 1. hold down ctrl then click x 2. type in you don't deserve it in the box 3. push enter 4. go to the rewards section and they all should be the first things that show up. Hope it works!!!
