I'm pretty sure that apartment complexes are supposed to have at least one in each hallway (the common areas outside apartments). But you'd have to check with your state safety laws. You could call the fire dept. and ask. I'm sure someone there would know.
I twist my hair up and then dry it with cool warmth it takes a protracted time yet once you twist it you cna pass to sleep like that and it will curl im no longer conversing one twist im conversing a team of little twists it works large in my hair in basic terms make certain you place some product in it so your curls dont fall out!
