i helped a friend of mine remove his,,and he took it to a radiator shop, that does big truck radiators,,and they boiled it out for him,,cost him around 75 bucks to get it cleaned out,,but they did a real good job on it,,it was almost clogged up solid,,the same thing was happening to him,,after that he hasn't had no problems what so ever out of it,,you might have to do the same thing,,good luck hope this help,s.
There's a product out there called Seafoam that's great for breaking up trash in fuel tanks. Another trick, a friend tells me, is to get a can of carb dip, it's a solvent, pour into the tank with a quantity of diesel, shake thoroughly and let it stand for a day, then blow it out with high pressure air.
power service make a product called CLEAN it is in a silver jug rather that the white won. it works great had a combine that had a algae problem in the tank and it work great at taking care of the problem. it is best to take the tank off put the power service in and move it around let it set and work then drain tank put tank back on and fell with fuel and more power serve and run the cat you mite have to change filters but it will get all the trash out. hope this helps
Take the tank off and empty it, or you may have to replace it. If possible though empty it and then spray it down with a hose.?
Most dozers have large outlet. Remove outlet and filter is equipped then clean with a pressure washer.
