How do you control step by step motor?
The rotation of the stepper motor is a fixed Angle (called "step Angle"), step by step, its characteristic is no accumulated error (accuracy of 100%), so widely used in all kinds of open loop control
The control system sends a pulse signal through the actuator, which causes the step motor to rotate the Angle. So the speed of the step motor is proportional to the frequency of the pulse signal. To control the frequency of the step pulse signal, the speed adjustment of the motor can be precise. To control the number of step pulse, the purpose of precise positioning of the motor is possible.
The step motor requires the driver to control and then outputs the step signal with the single chip to control the drive output signal to the motor. Note the drive segmentation and current.
