those treatment is mix to fuel to lubricate or clean the injector nozzles. when mix with fuel and fuel then goes to nozzles, it removes/melts any gums accumulated by the nozzles from the fuel that runs on it it will give a little improvement in injector nozzles fuel delivery to the engine and it will make you think it works well and and you are saving gas, but in reality, the nozzles is just again spraying/delivering the suppose amount of fuel as how it is designed and calibrated.
with a propane torch or a map gas torch. Make sure to turn water off first. Make sure to not burn around it. Hold torch with flame at apex of blue part. after wipe of the pipe with a clean rag always clean the fixtures with flux and emery cloth prior to soldering.
I think you meant to ask a different question. There no fitting called a loss. None. Did you mean the length of pipe loss or if a fitting could cause a loss? Or did you want to get a pipe loose. If it is the latter and there no connecting bolts or flanges, then it has to be soldered. Heat with a propane torch tell cherry red on both sides of fitting while holding fitting with a wrench. You might need someone to pull the pipe away so you have enough clearance to remove the fitting. Drain pipe first or a steam release could badly burn you.t
