Question:

how do you join aluminum and steel?

I want to build a rather interesting go kart this summermy problem is I cant find out how to join aluminum sheet metal to steel tubingI know you cant weld them, at least without some difficulty and a lack of reliabilityidk how riveting would work but I don't want to be able to see the rivetsI want the body panels to be smooth without having to see rivets, but if there was a way to possibly make those rivets invisible that would be just fineso how do I join aluminum sheet metal to a dissimilar metal tubing without it being to complex, yet reliable? Adhesive? rivets? etcThanks so much if you can get back to me!!!

Answer:

as long as you degree the climate in the right a million/2 share you will be high-qualitythat recipes feels like the climate divide somewhat simpleso there should not be any replace in style.
Rivet them together the weld over the rivets and grind everything smooth.
