use gift wrapping paper (colored foil) cut into 2 foot length by 0.5 cm wide.Then once you think you have enough gather in the middle using cotton or string tie around the gathered bunch (in the middle) for the hand grip you could go to the cheap shop and buy a skipping rope, take the rope out and place the foil into the end or with thick cardboard make your own hope this helps lisac.
