How do you make clay that hardens?

I am babysitting in a few days and i want to do a fun craft with the kids and i need some clayIt has to be clay that hardens if you let it dryand it has to have simple ingredientsBut the only time i can make the clay is todayi need a recipe that i can put in the fridge or something when i am done.
