I hope you have milk (not skim) or half and halfThat's a must for quicheHere's a good recipeIt's pretty much what I do when I just throw a quiche togetherIf your broccoli is fresh instead of frozen, just chop up about 2 cups of it and steam it untill tenderIt's fine to use butter instead of margerineI would also add saute some chopped onion with the mushrooms Broccoli Quiche Recipe INGREDIENTS: 1 9-inch pie shell 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, about 1 1/2 cups 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 cup milk 3 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 to 1 tsp pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 375 degreesBake pie crust about 10 minutes or until bottom is slightly brownLet coolCook broccoli until tender; drain wellCombine milk, eggs, margarine, flour, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup cheese; whisk until well blendedSprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over crustLayer broccoli and mushrooms on cheesePour milk and egg mixture over allBake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean4 to 6 servings.
