Question:

How do you shape metal foil to a surface?

I want to use brass foil (not the thin kind.) to coat a giant wooden hammer i made (5 ft tall)The part used to hit (not the handle) is shaped like a bishop chess piece (think of the base of the chess piece and its 8 inches diameter) and i was wondering how i would get the foil to stick to the wood, and how to get it to be shaped like thati don't want to solder the things together since that would look awkwardhow do i get the foild to the shape of the hammerand the handle tooi want that part to be foil covered toodo i use a hammer to pound the sheets together or what? would i end up with uneven sides?

Answer:

These chip-sets are soldered on to the System-board using high end soldering stationsNow, unless you have such equipment at your home or office, you will not be able to do thisSuch an equipment is not cheap and neither are they portable so that everyone can put them in their pockets and walk around trying to replace the chip-sets on their Laptop /Desktop Computer System-BoardsYou will have to be really good Electrical / Electronics engineer to even think of attempting this.
heat it first and then mold it or use aluminum foil so it bends more easily
