How do YOU work your triceps?

What is your workout? What would you recommend for a beginner? Thanks much.

Answer:

Skull Crushers are fun and probably the least intimidating of exercises (despite the name). Just go very light the first time to make sure that you aren't banging your head with the weights. Keep the TENSION and don't lock out your elbows at the top.
