Question:

How does a Clorox bleach battery work?

In terms of a voltaic cell, how does it work? I built my battery using aluminum and copper metals in a solution of NaClO (bleach) and I know that the aluminum oxidizes and copper is reducedBut I can't figure out the oxidation and reduction reactionsIs the Na ion attracted the the Cu metal?? Is the ClO ion attracted to the Al metal??? What will be produced in turn?? PLEASE HELP ME!
