How does lightning dissipation work?

How does lightning dissipation work?

Answer:

No, you're not paid up until December 31st. Last month's rent isn't a safety net for you should you not pay rent on time. What can you sue for? You're either a troll or a nut. You haven't paid rent for December, and your landlord is within his right demand rent, and tell you what recourse he has if you don't pay. I don't know the specifics of New Jersey. In my state I can lock a commercial tenant out on the sixth day that rent is past due and I can pursue eviction without any notices to cure. I can also leverage property left behind for back rent and damages. In short, commercial leasing and residential leasing are different worlds.
Squirrels are so tasty as well my father was the great white squirrel hunter..we would stuff their chest cavities with stuffing and bake them..yummy
Actually locking the place up is part of the legal process for an eviction from commercial property. In the event that it is proven that you did not pay rent the contents of the building are to be auctioned off to pay the landlord. In the event you are evicted (sounds like you are a jerk and need to be) all of the inventory, equipement, etc is legally the landlords property, no longer yours. You can not sue him because you decided to be a jerk and steal his income. He sues you. You are the bad guy here.
Pay your rent or get out. Stop looking for freebies. Anyone has got to be smart enough to figure out that the trash can be emptied if a car is blocking the way. Depending on what state you are in, landlords have the right to lock you out and there are laws that say what you can remove and/or they can take your belongings for rent if they so desire. There are laws that must be followed. If you just pay your rent instead of waiting until you get around to it, you will cause a lot less problems. Without a lease you are a month to month tenant. They can get you out much quicker.
At this point you can't sue for anything. My advice is to pay the man what you owe him, insteading of sending text messages that are passive aggressive in nature. Let us be honestwe have all been passive aggressive once and a while, but we need to call a spade a spade and be honest and acknowledge what our intent is. Usually, being passive aggressive doesn't solve anything.it usually on ends up getting the other person more upset and angry. For example, you know he is already upset and angry..did you really think sending him a text messgae that you would pay the rent when you felt like it would make him feel calm, happy and relaxed?!? You were aware for the past six years he wasn't Mary Poppinsand you know he wasn't going to turn into Mary Poppins because of the text messages you sent him. So, the best thing you can do is what you are doingmoving your property before he puts locks on the building. At this point, you can't sue him for anything.
