Looks like Obama may be getting tired of the GOP and Tea Partiers at the sand box squabbling like spoiled children and he is now bringing the bulldozer.
Obama's best bulldozer is Supreme Court precedence, which I addressed on one of my blog entries specifically addressing Congressional obstructionism regarding Syria. In summary, what treaties exist between the U.S. and our allies, some of which are urging a strike on Syria, have already been approved by Congress, specifically the Advice and Consent of the Senate as required by the Constitution on matters of treaties. The end-run around the House regarding treaties already exists in Article II, and in subsequent Supreme Court rulings on the same. Additionally, there is the Constitutionally questionable War Powers Act, but for that to kick in, there has to be an imminent danger posed to the U.S., U.S. interests, but one could argue that assisting allies who are in imminent danger qualifies as an imminent danger to U.S. interests. Our allies would be the first to make that argument.
You are a polemic moron and your question is 180 degrees off from reality!
