How does the cell phone create a new folder on the desktop?
Click to enter the folder, the icon in the floating state can modify the folder name. To delete a folder: Fold all the icons from the folder and the folder disappears.
Drag one of the icons to the top of another icon, wait for the bottom of the icon to appear when a folder is released.
