How good is fabric paint and what cloth and straw materials can it be used on?

Answer:

As far as I know fabric paint can be used on any cloth, not sure exactly, but cotton I think. I've never tried it on anything else like denim or silk. but yeah. And Idk what straw materials you're talking bout but it should work.
I have been using it on fly tying materials. It seems to hold up on craft fur, foam, feathers, polyester, natural hair, swiss straw and synthetic yarns like antron and acrylic. After a few fish the flies fall apart but the paint seems to last as long as the other materials. Several hours soaking and dragging through water will show little sign of wear. This is without any heat treatment. On cloth the painted area could be ironed to help set the paint stain.
Nope. The style of front tyre has nothing to do with your problem. Manufacturer is smarter than you. Let me guess.Ice Bear scooter made in China?
