Strange question, it would be useful to know why you need this information. My answer would be a little bit more dangerous than in Europe or North America because worker safety laws are often not enforced. So I would decide how many points you would give the U.S. or Europe and subtract 1-2 points as compared to the U.S. and 1.5-3 points as compared to Europe.
